Orders moved through messages, calls and documents. Teams had to reconstruct the operational view and enter information again.
The approach
Observe the real process, define business rules, design the order journey and build preparation and delivery views.
Current result
A first version has supported a local food business since October 2025. The pilot now guides the move to a multi-company platform.
